The main points of Daxue are 1. Self cultivation, 2. Regulate family, 3. Cure country and 4. Bring world peace. By using the first 3, I drew the image on the left to highlight the importance of the trinity in each group. Whether it is self, family or country, the head of the group is the leader. His good or bad behavior brings good or bad fortune to the 2 below.

So in family, the father is the head. Mother should play second role to the husband and not to overide his authority or the balance in the family will be disturbed. Now you see more and more women getting richer and powerful and in return the world is getting upset down.

For country, I advocate an appointed president without political power. He should be a man, married with at least a son. No son means something is wrong in his family. His main duty is to meditate and eat vegetarian food. That is self cultivation, so his spirituality will uplift the country into a higher plane without the citizens doing anything for self cultivation.

Self cultivation in self is to make you more spiritual. Cultivation in family will influence the fsmily members, even they oppose you. Cultivation in village, your influence will make your village more hospitable. Cultivating in country will increase prosperity but cannot erase tragedy. Only when the man is appointed as president of the country then he can prevent tragdy to happen.

So right now I cultivate I can influence all Singaporeans but I cannot prevent any mishap that might happen. It is only after I am appointed the president of Singapore that I can prevent all disasters that are pending to strike.

After reading an article about Bio-magnetism published in the 1993 issue of Readers’ Digent, I come to the conclusion that magnetic fields of the sun and moon can affect our body system. I deduce that it is best to sleep in a head facing east and legs facing west position, whereby our bone structure can be in better shape and health.

So if you want to have a healthy life stye, keep to that position of sleeping. Arrange your bed to suit the shape of your bedroom.

After I had this idea, the papers also reported study in India about this sleeping position. It was published in Chinese papers, so I don;t have the details.

Quran, surah 48 verse 29

Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves. Thou (O Muhammad) seest them bowing and falling prostrate, seeking bounty from Allah and (His) acceptance. The Mark of them is on their foreheads from the traces of prostration. Such is their likeness in the Torah and their likeness in the Gospel - like as sown corn that sendth forth its shoot and strengtheneth it and riseth firm upon its stalk, delighting the sowers - that He may enrage the disbelievers with (the sight of) them. Allah promised, unto such of them as believe and do good works, forgiveness and immense reward.

If you compare the above with Hebrews chapter 9 verse 1 to 5, which I paint as the image on the left. The inner Holiest of the Holy in Jewish temple is the same or the Tablenacle as seen by Moses. The cheribum represent our eye-brows, the 2 tablets represent our 2 eyes, the Aaron’s rod, our nose and the jar of manna represents our mouth with teeth.

To see clearly, compare with image of our eyes on the left. To pinpoint the Mark, consider Quran’s often repeated verse: ‘Garden of Eden, underneath which rivers flow.’ Rivers flow are our tears. So the nose bridge in between the 2 eyes is the SEAT of God or our Spiritual Soul.

In the last lines of Daodejing, the Mystic Portal or Public Gateway is the Mark on our forehead. In acupuncture, the Mark is named ‘Suan Kuan’. This is about the same as Mystic Portal or Mysterious Gate.

Study the Visualizing Sutra, you should be able to know the Amita Buddha is flanked by 2 Bodhisattvas. With eyes look into the mirror as told, and winking the eyes as lotus flowers opening and shutting, the Amita Buddha is at the Mark on our forehead, the 2 Bodhisattvas are our 2 eyes.

Refer to Genesis chapter 1 verses 1 to 5.

In the beginning it is VOID. Then It creates Light and Darkness. Light represent Jesus and God. Darkness represents Satan. Bible concentrate on Light and talk less on Darkness.

In Taoist term VOID is Wu Chi. IT gives birth to Tai Chi which consists of Yang and Yin, which are Light and Darkness respectively. Once these 3 are established, then sky or heaven and earth are born plus all others. Light can represent our right eye, the sun in Taoist term. Darkness represents the moon, the left eye. See image.

The VOID is the Mark on our forehead in between, at the nose bridge. It has to be Sealed. Presently only the Heavenly Way group or I-Kuan Tao can do this. Refer Revelation chapter 7 for the Sealing. The 144,000 Jews are indicating all human beings. New Testament was written for Christians not Jews so the words casnnot be interpreted as they are.

For readers of Bible, if you cannot understand the beginning words of the Bible, how are you going to understand the whole Bible ?

1. Eyes looking or gazing at own nose tip.

2. Tongue rolled up, tip touching palate.

3. Hands together, see left image.

You can do any meditation post as long as it is comfortable to you. You can stand, lay down, sit on chair with feet on floor etc. The back should be upright to smooth the flow of energy in your body.

For beginners, put palms together and place indexes at nose tip. So you can see image as on the left. This is only a guide. Once you get use to it, put hands on your lap as above image. Duration of meditation can be 5 minutes to 2 hours. This is up to you. At the start, some might experience giddiness. This is a test. You have to endure till it disappear after a while.
